Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, said the UAE people's achievements since the federation was formed in 1971 represent bright chapters in modern history.
He likened the federation to a ship that started sailing 38 years ago, and safely reached its port despite difficulties.
