Unified azan launched in ajman
Shaikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Crown Prince, yesterday attended the launch of the unified broadcast of azan in the emirate.
Ajman: Shaikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Crown Prince, yesterday attended the launch of the unified broadcast of azan (call for prayer) in the emirate.
The programme ensures that live azan is transmitted via satellite to all mosques at the same time, thus unifying the call for prayer from a single source.
Shaikh Ammar hailed the launch of the programme and stressed the need for using new technology in the service of religion.
