UAE bags gold in stamp exhibition in Czech Republic
The UAE grabbed gold medal in the world stamp exhibition held in Czech Republic.
Dubai: The UAE grabbed gold medal in the world stamp exhibition held in Czech Republic.
The Emirates Philatelic Association (EPA) had participated in the PRAGA 2008- The World Philatelic Exhibition held in Praha, Czech Republic from September 12–14, 2008.
Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Vice President of Dubai Cultural Department won a Gold Medal for his collection "Postal History of Muscat 1868-1948".
Mohammad Aktar Sayeed "Cape of Good Hope" and Khaled Abdul Mughni "Kuwait Postal History -Indian Era" has won LargeVermeil for their collections, Thomas has won Vermeil and UAE's youngest philatelist Nasser Bin Ahmed Al Serkal won Bronze medal for his literature class exhibit.
