Abu Dhabi: The UAE Armed Forces have begun military training with the US Central Command (Centcom) along with armed forces from other GCC and friendly countries.
Lieutenant General Hamad Mohammad Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, inaugurated the military exercise on Monday. The exercise will run till January 28.
Lt Gen Al Rumaithi opened the exercise in the presence of Shaikh Ahmad Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Head of the Infrastructure and Vital Installations Protection Authority, Lieutenant General Saif Musabbah Al Mosafiri, Head of the Operations at the General Command of the UAE Armed Forces.
