Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, on Sunday attended a symposium organised by UAE Government Leaders Programme, which discussed new modalities for modern governments.
Participating in the discussion, Shaikh Hamdan underscored the importance of such training sessions to learn more about modern trends, researches and concepts of governance and to apply them in the context of our own country.
"The journey in search of knowledge has no limits," Shaikh Hamdan said.
"Every one should continuously seek knowledge so that our country will always be in the forefront in applying the best concepts in the field of governance," he stressed.
"We want a government that sets up alliance with future and adopts the best and the most modern concepts of governance," Shaikh Hamdan said.
He added that the country has capable people, whom we trust and who can adapt these principles and concepts to suit our environment and to build on them in the process of development.
"We are brave enough to build on everything new in the science of governance," asserted Shaikh Hamdan.
"I ask all officials to work to inculcate this spirit among our employees so they will become models of innovation who always search for the new", Shaikh Hamdan said.
