Shaikh Mohammad receives envoys
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday received Fauzi Yousuf Fawaz, the new Lebanese ambassador to the UAE. Fawaz conveyed to Shaikh Mohammad greetings from Lebanese President General Michel Sulaiman and Prime Minister Fouad Siniora.

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday received Fauzi Yousuf Fawaz, the new Lebanese ambassador to the UAE. Fawaz conveyed to Shaikh Mohammad greetings from Lebanese President General Michel Sulaiman and Prime Minister Fouad Siniora.
Shaikh Mohammad also received Haqi Aqeel, the new Turkish ambassador to the UAE, who paid him a courtesy call at the beginning of his tenure in the country.
The envoy delivered to Shaikh Mohammad a letter from Turkish President Abdullah Gul dealing with bilateral relations and ways to enhance them in the best interests of both nations.
Shaikh Mohammad welcomed the new envoys and wished them success in discharging their duties, and to further develop their countries' ties with the UAE.
