Sharjah: The Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (Sewa) has announced the launch of a new initiative called ‘We are at your service’ designed to facilitate communication with residents especially during the Eid holidays.

Dr Rashid Al Leem, Chairman of Sewa, said that the initiative will allow residents to submit their comments, complaints, and requests about the services by calling the Sewa hotline on 991 or through their website. All Sewa Customer Care Centers will remain closed for the first and second days of Eid Al Fitr Holidays. Work will be resumed in all Sewa Customer Care Centers as from the third day of Eid Al Fitr (From 8 am to 1 pm till the end of Eid Al Fitr Holidy. The Sewa emergency centres will also be operating around the clockthrough the holidays for emergency cases regarding water and electricity services.
