Abu Dhabi The International Advisory Board (IAB), a body mandated to provide an independent assessment of the UAE's Peaceful Nuclear Energy Programme, published its fourth semi-annual report Monday.
The report reflects the consultations, discussions and briefings that took place in Abu Dhabi in November 2011.
In attendance at these meetings were members of the board of the IAB and UAE entities operating in the nuclear energy sector, such as the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation and Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation.
The Advisory Board had formulated a number of questions and requests in its report on the third semi-annual meeting which was held in March 2011.
These requests were addressed at the various briefings during the course of their fourth meeting.
