Dubai: The public relations unit of the Dubai International Holy Quran Award (Dihqa) held a meeting to discuss the final preparations of the award before the beginning of Ramadan.

The meeting was held with supervisors of various groups who are taking part.

During the meeting, the group supervisors were briefed about their roles and the importance of fulfilling them to ensure the comfort of all participants and the judging committee.

The supervisors were also provided with a schedule of arrivals for every group so they could start coordinating with the group they have been assigned to.

The drivers who will accompany the guests were asked to appear decent and be present in the specified places and dates without delay, except when circumstances are beyond their control.

Supervisors were assigned to various tasks such as, administrative affairs, receiving at the airport, transportation and accommodation.
