New leadership programme modules introduced
The Mohammad Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development has launched a new module for its Government Leaders programme participants, entitled "Aligning People with your Leadership Vision".
Dubai: The Mohammad Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development has launched a new module for its Government Leaders programme participants, entitled "Aligning People with your Leadership Vision".
The module focuses on key management-related aspects. The MBRPLD is an innovative leadership programme designed to develop national leaders capable of promoting the sustainable development of the UAE.
The new aspects are: Communicating an inspiring vision; how to talk to others about your leadership vision in an engaging way; gaining buy-in and commitment: psychological and social dynamics of why people make and keep emotional commitments; aligning goals and incentives: and diagnosing and managing tradeoffs among competing objectives.
