As social networking sites become increasingly popular among Arabs, some say they are a venue for relationship-hungry people to find cyber partners, while others say that responsible use of such sites can be useful for keeping in touch.
Dubai: As social networking sites become increasingly popular among Arabs, some say they are a venue for relationship-hungry people to find cyber partners, while others say that responsible use of such sites can be useful for keeping in touch.
Ammar Al Ali, a self employed Omani in Dubai who uses Hi5 and Facebook, said he knew "many people" who found relationships on social networking sites.
