There's nothing as sweet as love when it's new, and that's how it was this winter for Sara Al Absi, a 22-year-old Syrian.
She said one of her fondest memories is of her Syrian fiancé, Khalid Al Madani, declaring his love for her: "He told me he loved me and asked me if I would be his forever. My heart skipped a beat and I said that I would want nothing more."
For 23-year-old Al Madani, the happiest day was the day they got engaged.
He said: "Looking at her after being officially engaged was one of the happiest moments in my life,"
It seems as though it was fate that brought the couple together.
Al Absi said: "I met him randomly; we instantly clicked and to our surprise, our families turned out to be friends. The moment I saw him, I believed in soulmates. The chemistry between us was amazing."

He said: "She is everything I want in a partner and I cannot imagine my life without her."
Your comments
It is very rare to find true love, but once it's found it will be the foundation of a happy future. People can not live a happy life if they are not truely in love. Congratulations to Sara and Khalid. May you have a happy life together.
