A labourer working at a construction site hanged himself to death using a water hose on Monday afternoon
Abu Dhabi: A labourer working at a construction site hanged himself to death using a water hose on Monday afternoon, Gulf News has learnt.
The 28-year old Indian man was working with a contracting company.
“The man, D.R, killed himself within a toilet at the construction site at the Shaikh Khalifa Medical City, where he was working”, an Abu Dhabi police official said.
Forensic investigations have ruled out any foul play in his death, he added.
D.R came into the country just 28 days ago, according to a company official.
Two other suspected cases of suicide were also recorded by the police on Sunday and Monday.
A 40-year old Malaysian man who fell to his death from a building in Musaffah and the death of an Indian man identified as A.K, also in Musaffah, are being investigated.
