Gulf News readers speak
Jeremy Bruer, Australian Ambassador
I read the international section first, then the local news and also the business section. I have been reading the paper every day since I arrived here two and a half years ago. I read the paper early in the morning at home and also online. I think Gulf News is an excellent newspaper.
Amanda Meneghetti, Law student
I would like to see more news on the national pages. I always read that first, then international news and then Tabloid! I only read the paper online and have been doing it for two years. I would like it if there were more updates online but I think Gulf News covers news in an excellent way.
Abdutty Kaithamukku, Actor and writer
I can remember distributing free copies of Gulf News when it first started out at Abu Dhabi Television where I worked then. I have been reading the paper since the beginning. My favourite section is Tabloid! I would like to see more charity-related news.
V.I. Saleem, General Manager
I always check the headlines first, then work my way through the business and local pages carefully. I have been reading Gulf News for 25 years. I would like to see more social and business news in the paper. I read the paper in the morning. When I am on a trip I read it online.
Dr Tayeb Kamali, Vice-Chancellor
I think Gulf News is surely the best paper in the region and have been reading it for 30 years, right from the start. I read the headlines first, then business, local and the other sections. I would like to see a greater focus on education and health.
