Dubai: The Dubai International Comedy Carnival is to start on Wednesday at Dubai Festival City as part of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). The opening acts will be performed by the UAE’s “First Lady of Comedy” Mina Liccione and Lebanon’s “King of Comedy”, Nemr Abu Nasser, with international comedians like Michael Winslow and Dean Obaidullah to follow in the days ahead. The comedy series, with some gigs in English and others in Arabic, will continue till Saturday.
