Charity: Khalifa helps 267 Pakistanis cover Haj costs

A gesture from President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan will fulfil the lifetime dream of 267 Pakistani citizens wishing perform the Haj pilgrimage.

Islamabad: A gesture from President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan will fulfil the lifetime dream of 267 Pakistani citizens wishing perform the Haj pilgrimage.

The UAE embassy in Islamabad has delivered to the Pakistani authorities Shaikh Khalifa's donation to enable the poor citizens to meet the expenses of Haj.

Acting Charge d'Affairs at the UAE embassy, Khalid Nasser Lootah, presented the cheque to the undersecretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pakistan, Najibullah Malek. Shaikh Khalifa's help is an annual event during the season of Haj.
