Abu Dhabi: Certificates of good conduct can now be obtained through smart applications without the hassle of visiting service centres across the UAE.

“The ministry has launched an array of services via smartphone applications that would significantly reduce the burden on customers, citizens and residents alike. These services include the issuance of good conduct certificates, short-term visas, domestic workers’ visa and traffic services such as payment of fines and renewal of vehicle registration,” Maj Gen Ahmad Nasser Al Raisi, director-general of central operations and chairman of the e-transformation higher committee, said.

“A call centre is also available round the clock to provide assistance to members of the public and can respond to all inquiries on 8005000. A technical team is also available 24/7 and can be contacted at mobile@moi.gov.ae,” he added.
