Abu Dhabi: A newly opened passport office in Al Ain’s Al Wagan area now enables Emiratis to apply for and renew their electronic passports, the Ministry of Interior announced in a statement yesterday.
The office allows for electronic passport application and renewal processes without residents having to visit the offices of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs.
Two other offices that provide the service are also expected to open soon in Al Qua’a and Al Yahr areas in Al Ain.
