Ajman: The emirate has set a new world record for creating the largest greeting card mosaic. The mosaic, which spells out the slogan "Union Spirit", was made to mark the 42nd UAE National Day.

The event was held by Ajman Tourism Development Department and the announcement was made on Sunday at 5pm by a Guinness World Record representative.

Around 4,000 people took part in the event on Ajman’s Corniche on Sunday. Some 5,500 postcards make up the huge 121-square metre mosaic.
