19-year-old driver without licence dies in Al Ain road accident
A 19-year-old Emirati lost his life and his companion sustained injuries in a road accident, said the police.
Al Ain: A 19-year-old Emirati lost his life and his companion sustained injuries in a road accident, said the police.
The deceased, who did not have a licence, met with the accident during a ride in Al Yahar district on Saturday, said the police.
The Emirati was speeding on the wrong side of a two-way road. Suddenly, he saw an incoming car and took an abrupt left turn.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a concrete wall.
The driver died on the spot and the passenger received minor injuries.
