Sharjah centre set up to enhance skills of young UAE nationals
Tatweer, the Emirati initiative launched to enhance skills of talented youngsters in Sharjah, has announced the establishment of a first-of -its kind centre.
Sharjah: Tatweer, the Emirati initiative launched to enhance the skills of talented youngsters in Sharjah, has announced the establishment of a first-of-its kind centre.
The centre will concentrate on enhancing the capabilities of job-seekers and provide high-quality training for employees at various administrative levels.
Saeed Al Amiri, member of Tatweer's board of directors and project manager for the establishment of the new centre, said a world-renowned company had been chosen to conduct the assessments and training at the centre.
He said the courses will include evaluation through various theoretical and practical methods, in addition to specialised activities, team building programmes, psychometric tests and personality analysis, followed by personal interviews with each participant for coaching and mentoring.
