Abu Dhabi: Saqr Gobash Saeed Gobash, Minister of Labour, has called for the improvement and integration of the outcomes of education with rehabilitation training programmes to ease the process by which UAE nationals can join the work market, especially in the private sector.
In an exclusive interview with The Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) website, Gobash also shed light on labour market challenges and ways to tackle them, the impact of economic development, nationalisation and the role of education in creating knowledge-based economies.
