Dubai: Around 6,400 UAE nationals have so far benefited from the Absher Initiative with employment in the private sector, the Ministry of Labour has announced.

Humaid Bin Deemas Al Suwaidi, Under-Secretary for Labour Affairs at the Ministry of Labour, said that the Absher initiative has so far benefited around 6,400 Emirati nationals who are currently working in the private sector. The Absher initiative is aimed at providing stability and welfare for UAE citizens by enhancing their participation in the job market.

Absher Initiative, overseen by the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and managed by the Ministry of Labour, was launched to encourage Emiratis to join the programme, to motivate them to take job opportunities in the private sector and benefit from unmatched offers.
