Dubai: A car caught fire in the middle of the road near Garhoud Bridge after a car crash on Tuesday morning.
The accident took place near on the Sharjah-bound lane. According to reader Abbas Teja, the vehicle went up in flames around 9:50am.
Within minutes, firefighters rushed to scene to put out the fire.
A Dubai Civil Defence official said there were no injuries or death caused by the fire.
This road is quite tricky as many vehicles slow down to try to get to the right after coming down from Garhoud Bridge while oncoming cars behind them usually drive at high speed.
The vehicle was involved in an accident before going up in flames.
