Good, operational bus shelters needed

In a photograph taken along Muroor Road, Abu Dhabi, Gulf News reader Boban Thomas captured the deteriorating condition of certain bus stops around the city.

He said: “This bus stop is situated between 21st and 23rd street, while going toward Mussafah. People need good, operational bus shelters to escape from the humidity and heat.”

The community reporter urged the authorities to refurbish such areas at the earliest. He added: “It is also affecting the good image of our beloved city.”
