Lahore: The prolonged smog and dry spell is likely to end with rain expected in different parts of the country from Monday.

The MET department said yesterday that Upper Sindh and Balochistan are likely to receive rain in scattered places on Sunday night and on Monday.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Federally Administrated Tribal Areas (FATA), Islamabad, and Upper and South Punjab are to receive rain from today to Wednesday.

The MET office said the rain will help clear smog but fog will remain. (APP)
