Lahore: A nine-month old baby was on Thursday granted bail in a murder case registered by Lahore Police.
According to reports, the police had registered a case against a nine-month baby boy, Mousa Khan, accusing him of attacking the police during a raid.
During a hearing held on Thursday the 9-month-old infant, was presented by his father in the court where session court judge Rafaqat Ali approved bail instead of dismissing the case.
The case had been registered under Act 324.
