New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Sunday launched the website of the Prime Minister’s Office — pmindia.gov.in — in six different languages, said an official statement. The languages are Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu.

“The initiative is part of the ongoing efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to reach out to the people and communicate with them in their own language,” said Swaraj on the occasion.

Other regional language versions of the website will be set-up in a phased manner, she added.
