Help police identify the missing child

Sharjah: Sharjah Police have asked the public to help them identify a boy found on Friday wandering alone on Khor Fakkan beach in order to search for his parents.

The police received a report about a lost boy after a man called them to report that he had spotted a child wandering about on a beach and appearing to be in a state of panic, a Sharjah Police official said.

The boy, the police said, who is around two years old seems to be from an Asian country.

“We did not receive any missing person report from anyone from Khor Fakkan or from any other emirate,” the official said. The boy, however, is in good physical condition and is being taken care of by the police attendants.

Police have posted the child’s photograph on their social media accounts as well and sought the public’s help in identifying the boy.
