80 ml soy sauce |
4 tbsp sesame oil |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
12 lamb chops, French trimmed |
300 gr sushi rice |
300 gr courgette |
Carrot and nut spiralised salad, from the deli |
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (optional) |
Method
1. Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil and crushed garlic together in a large bowl. Add the lamb chops and turn to coat. Set aside.
2. Cook the sushi rice according to pack instructions. Season and leave to cool slightly.
3. Meanwhile, set a large griddle pan over medium heat. In batches, cook the marinated lamb chops for three to four minutes on each side for medium, or until done to your liking.
5. Divide the rice and courgette salad among bowls.
6. Top each with two lamb chops then sprinkle with the sesame seeds, if you like.
