Dubai Land Department updates Ejari app

Dubai: The Dubai Land Department announced it has made further updates to its ‘Ejari’ smart application, which was launched to protect the rights of landlords, tenants, and property management companies.

The latest updates will help minimise the time spent visiting various offices across Dubai. When a new lease is issued through a property management company or a Dubai Electricity and Water Authority-accredited office, the customer will receive an automatic text message and an email with service instructions.

The Ejari application provides users with renewal, eviction, and litigation alerts.
