Dubai: The first office for DIFC Wills registrations outside Dubai will open in Ras Al Khaimah’s International Corporate Centre (RAKICC) in September.

In a statement on Monday, DIFC Wills and Probate Registry and RAKICC said the opening of the registry office in Ras Al Khaimah will make wills registration easier for residents and investors in that emirate.

In December 2016, Dubai’s DIFC Dispute Resolution Authority signed a series of legal agreements with various authorities to extend its reach to include assets held in RAK.
