Abu Dhabi: Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, Director General of the General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector, TRA, held a meeting with Othman Sultan, CEO of the Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company, du, at the TRA headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, several topics with regards to the mechanisms and strategies governing the functions of the UAE telecommunications sector were presented and discussed, along with the continuous progression in the quality of services provided by licensed operators. Subjects covered in the meeting agenda included increasing customer satisfaction rates and maintaining the positive spirit of competition among licensed service providers in the UAE.
