Dubai: Telecommunication company du announced on Friday that its BlackBerry services could face interruptions on September 2 as a result of regular service maintenance.

“In the interest of our customers, we would like to proactively make our customers aware that, as part of a RIM’s regular service maintenance schedule, our BlackBerry services will be impacted for a maximum of one hour on September 2, between 4am-9am. During this time, customers may experience difficulty in using all BlackBerry services including sending and receiving messages; viewing email attachments; activating an email service and the request to ‘see more’ in an email,” the company said in a statement.
