du announces Voice over LTE (VoLTE) technology in the UAE in a statement on Monday. VoLTE allows 4G LTE operators to transfer voice traffic over an LTE network.
Customers of du in the UAE will be able to make a voice call whilst simultaneously accessing the Internet at 4G LTE speeds. According to du, VoLTE will enhance the voice call experience for customers using du’s 4G LTE network.
