Maritime City finalises development plan
Work progressing on infrastructure facilities
Dubai: Dubai Maritime City, the world's first purpose-built maritime centre and member of the Dubai World Group of companies, has finalised the strategic development plan for the maritime city's integrated Utilities area, while excavation and piping works for core infrastructure facilities are nearly complete.
"Dubai Maritime City has been planned with the welfare of residents as the main consideration. Providing amenities for a premium standard of living boosts the maritime city's reputation as a premier investment and business destination," said Amer Ali, CEO.
Once completed, Dubai Maritime City will also feature optimised car parking facilities.
