Dubai: Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), a free zone operation of Economic Zones World (EZW), has won the Free Zone Authority Award at the annual Seatrade Middle East & Indian Subcontinent Awards 2012 held on November 26 at the Atlantis — the Palm, in Dubai.

The Award was received by Adil Al Zarooni, Senior Vice President, EZW Global Sales on behalf of Jafza from Ali Maghami, Vice Chairman, Simatech Shipping LLC in the presence of Andrew Callaghan, Managing Director, Asia and Global Sales Director, Seatrade.

Jafza won the award for value added services, facilities, service excellence, operational efficiency, incentives, innovative products, CSR initiatives, focus on developing manpower, structured investments and overall growth, achieved in the last 12 months.
