Dubai: Telecommunications service provider du has just launched a self-service portal to provide its prepaid customers with a simplified and convenient experience. It allows users to access to a vast range of services by dialling *135#, free of charge. This means that prepaid customers no longer need to call du’s Customer Care or remember multiple codes. Some of the services available on this self-service portal are balance check, recharging, buying data bundles and accessing latest international calling offers.
