Dubai: Al Ashram Investments is to build a new Dh75 million express courier facility that it will lease to Aramex, the two companies said on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, Al Ashram Investments will complete the facility to Aramex’s specifications within seven months, according to a joint company statement.
The facility will be located in the Umm Ramool area on Dubai Airport Road, the statement said. The facility is being constructed under a “build-and-leaseback” agreement.
