Abu Dhabi: The UAE’s Ministry of Finance announced that Dubai’s financial system has been electronically linked to that of the federal government in a move to meet the requirements of the International Monetary Fund on government finance statistics.

The announcement was made during the Government Financial Coordination Council meeting for 2016.
