Dubai: The municipality yesterday announced that it will focus on the nationalisation of jobs in 2013.
Eng. Khalid Abdul Rahim, Director of Human Resources Department at Dubai Municipality said that based on the memorandum of understanding between Dubai Municipality and the Ministry of Education, a municipal team has visited a number of higher secondary schools in the emirate of Dubai in order to educate the national students about the opportunities waiting for them in future.
“The talent hunting team of Dubai Municipality recently visited 16 higher secondary schools and met with around 1,400 students shedding light on the plans and programmes of the municipality to accommodate the future generation. The majority of the students expressed their interest to join with the summer vacation training programme of the civic body to have an experience in their respective fields,” he explained.
