Ruler of Dubai tours top UK museum
Main highlight was rare collection of Islamic art

London: Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum visited the British Museum in London. The institution has been dubbed the world's top museum.
The museum was set up through the will and efforts of Sir Hans Sloane, who collected over 70 museum pieces and paintings.
The museum was set up later after the approval from the parliament in 1753.
The main station of Shaikh Mohammad's tour was the Pavilion of the Islamic world, which contains rare collections of all Islamic eras and extending geographically from Spain to South East Asia.
