Dubai: The 3rd Annual World Islamic Finance Conference will kick off on Tuesday, bringing together leading experts, bankers, economist and decision makers to tackle different issues related to Islamic Finance.

In the current global financial climate, the two-day conference would look at Islamic finance as it relates to ties between East and West under the theme: “Linking Europe to Middle East and Asia Pacific”.

According to the conference agenda, this event will discuss the main challenges faced by the Islamic finance industry, banking regulation, risk management, Sharia compliant products development, Islamic Micro Finance as well as legal limitations and advancements in technology.

The future of global Islamic finance will be discussed by financial bodies from the gulf and the world.

This will included sessions about ways of promoting Islamic banking in today’s world.

The 100 participants will also address the question of how prepared people are in the future in terms of a solid Islamic finance strategy.
