Dubai: Kuwait logistics firm Agility, which is involved in a legal case with the US government over alleged overcharging on food supply contracts, yesterday said it has been replaced by a new company as the main supplier to the US military in Kuwait and Iraq.
Agility, which previously operated under the name Public Warehousing Co, will continue to supply the US military for six months "to guarantee continuity of supplies," the company said in a statement on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
