Dubai: The Big Entertainment Show raises the curtain on its 7th edition at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre on October 27 and 28.

The Big Entertainment Show, BES, specialises in media and TV content, character and brand licensing, video games development and publishing, in addition to trading companies working in the export and import business. Visitors can look forward to exciting news and announcements during the course of the show.

This event, which combines the Dubai International Brand Licensing Fair, Dubai World Game Expo and MYCONTENT, attracts TV broadcasters, video game developers, creative agencies, investors and licensors from all parts of the world to the Middle East. The show also brings together representatives from manufacturing companies, trading companies, and specific exporting and importing companies all under one roof.

More than 130 companies from 58 countries are participating this year with remarkable participation from the UAE, South Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Argentina, Russia, Lebanon, Morocco, Malaysia, Belgium, Egypt, Germany, India, Austria, United Kingdom, Turkey, the United States and Japan. The exhibition is also hosting national pavilions this year from South Korea, Morocco, Japan, and Malaysia.

The event’s agenda features a number of activities, including the Middle East Game Development Summit and the Entertainment Content Summit, which will bring forth recommendations to tackle challenges and changes in this quickly evolving industry. The goal of both summits is to arm attendees with best practices and teachings from industry experts who will share their knowledge and expertise, and discuss the latest updates and productions.
