Dubai: Kershaw Leonard, the UAE-based recruitment company, will be expanding its operations in the region following a partnership buyout announcement last week.
Mike and Joy Hynes now fully own Kershaw Leonard following the departure of the previous partners who will be returning to the UK to continue retirement.
Kershaw Leonard is one of the largest recruitment and HR consultants in the UAE region. Since its establishment in September 1999, Kershaw Leonard has become a well-respected specialist for all aspects of human resource consultancy and recruitment to the industry in the Middle East.
Growth
Mike, in his capacity of managing partner for the last two-and-a-half years, has tripled the company's revenue and was responsible for leading the firm's expansion into Qatar.
Mike said it provided the ideal catalyst for continued growth in the UAE. He said, "We will look at investing in the expansion of the existing offices in Dubai and Qatar, as well as into new branches such as Abu Dhabi."
"Our expansion will also focus on staff training. A large number of our consultants have chosen to qualify for the UK Recruitment and Employment Confederation certification to ensure we can further enhance the already high standards of our recruitment practices," added Mike.
