DUBAI: Empower today announced the opening of its latest Customer Service Centre in Dubai’s Business Bay area, enhancing ties with its 10,000 customers in the neighbourhood.

The new Customer Service Centre will support all services offered by the company in order to meet the needs of customers in the area, including registration, bill enquiries and payment and complaints resolution for up to 180 customers per day.

This is the fourth facility of its kind, after similar centres in Al Hudaiba Awards Buildings, the Jumeirah Beach Residence and Jumeirah Lake Towers.

Ahmad Bin Shafar, Chief Executive Officer of Empower, said, “Being more accessible to our customers is critical. These service centres will not only serve thousands of people, who we are proud to call our customers, but will also bring us closer to our many clients and spread awareness of district cooling technology to wider audiences.”
