DSOA signs pact with Barcelona, Amsterdam

The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) has signed agreements with two European organisations to help facilitate the implementation of the Dubai “Smart City” project.

Under the agreements, signed by Dr Mohammad Al Zarouni, vice chairman and CEO of DSOA, the Dubai Silicon Oasis regulatory body will collaborate on an individual basis with Barcelona City Hall and Amsterdam Economic Board to drive technical and academic partnerships.

The DSO and each of the European organisations will develop research, host joint symposia and exchange knowledge and thought leaders towards exploring the possibility of implementing innovation projects.
