Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Airports Company (Adac), operator of Abu Dhabi’s five airports, announced a 44.5 per cent increase in duty free revenues and a 16 per cent rise in passenger numbers at Abu Dhabi International Airport during the F1 season in November, compared to the period of last year’s race.

Huraiz Al Mur Bin Huraiz, Adac's Chief Commercial Officer, said in a statement: "The Shop-Dine-Unwind brand for the Abu Dhabi Duty Free has demonstrated to be an important asset to Adac's portfolio of brands. We are proud of the success we saw with this year's F1 season, which goes on to show that we have continued to improve on our customer experience at Abu Dhabi International Airport."
