Abu Dhabi: Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing the collaboration on human resource training and development of UAE nationals’ skills and qualifications.

Professor Eric Fouache from Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and Marianne Conde Salazar, Director of International Relations for Higher Education with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris, Ile-de-France, signed the agreement.

Professor Fouache said: “The programme aims at equipping high-level executives and UAE nationals with the basics of management and build their skills in human resource, finance, marketing and leadership while providing valuable insights into the most recent theories and best practices of those fields.

“The courses of the programmes include a comprehensive range of business topics to be taught by world-class faculty members from the university and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Their objective is to explore business strategies and models, and link the concepts with the realities of the business.”

The training will include both individual and group work with the support of the chamber’s business schools and collaboration of many highly professional trainers.
